Today we announced that we have entered into a strategic partnership with Sivantos, a global Audiology technology leader. You can read more about the announcement here.
This partnership provides greater investment into our business, helps us accelerate our ability to innovate and brings SHOEBOX into more parts of the world. As part of this news, we are officially changing our company name from Clearwater Clinical to SHOEBOX Inc. SHOEBOX will operate as an independent subsidiary focused on next-generation hearing testing solutions. Our team and market focus will remain unchanged. We will continue to service all of our customers across healthcare, hearing services, occupational hearing conservation, research, and the pharmaceutical industries.
