Product Marketing Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing effective marketing strategies and plans to communicate the value of SHOEBOX solutions to customers and prospective customers. You will work across the organization to develop and implement activities to achieve business unit objectives. You will be working with the product management team to develop, manage, and deliver product positioning, messaging materials, and sales tools for the company.

As the PMM, you will collaborate with our product, sales, and marketing teams and  lead go-to-market activities. These include product launches, campaign development, content creation, sales enablement, and customer communications. Attention to detail and an eye for quality are critical to your success, as is your ability to grasp, articulate, and present our products to various audiences.

Your primary responsibilities:

  • Build on product messaging that sets SHOEBOX apart from others in the market and gives us a unique selling point.
  • Communicate the vision and value of new and existing solutions  to the sales team and develop tools that facilitate the selling process.
  • Oversee  the launch of new products and services by working cross-functionally with  several departments.
  • Create content such as sales presentations, data sheets, case studies, videos, website copy, blog posts, email communications, newsletter content, and more.
  • Propose and manage opportunities to create awareness and generate interest for SHOEBOX solutions.
  • Establish processes to ensure all sales tools and repositories are up to date with the most current collateral approved for use by sellers and others.
  • Establish, build, and maintain key internal and external relationships.
  • Keep up-to-date on new developments and trends to understand customer and market needs for assigned products.


  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 3  years of successful related business experience, preferably in product marketing.
  • Strong relationship building skills to constructively foster relationships internally and externally.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and Sales.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), including the ability to listen and assess customer needs, prioritize needs/requirements, and communicate them cross-functionally.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the marketing and product planning process.
  • High level of motivation with the ability to operate as an individual and team contributor.
  • Proficiency in GSuite tools.
  • Ability to travel in support of trade shows and conferences up to a maximum of 10 times per year.


  • MBA
  • Experience with WordPress (or similar), Zoho CRM/Analytics, Google Analytics, Hootsuite
  • Experience in Hearing Healthcare
