This update provides increased visibility in the campaign's details, leading to enhanced user experience and performance for the business. Additionally, the Online team has enhanced the call-to-action URLs providing a smoother customer experience between transitions from SBO to an external site And finally, SHOEBOX Online now supports Ukrainian, bringing the total number of languages to 19.

In this release, the Online team has added a number of new features and improved functionality. SHOEBOX Online customers that use the screener inside an iFrame on their own website can now listen to messages dispatched from SHOEBOX Online to monitor participant activity inside the test. Additionally, a new functionality enables SHOEBOX Online customers to prompt participants to “opt-in” to marketing materials/marketing campaigns. And finally, SHOEBOX Online supports both Portuguese (Brazil) and Portuguese (Portugal).

The Online screener can now be embedded inside a website as well as provides the ability to email results directly to the participant. And finally, SBO now provides the administrator with the ability to login into the portal and view the results page after the participant has completed the test. These improvements allow for enhanced user experience, increased brand awareness, and performance for the business.
