In this release, we have introduced a new Cookie Consent manager to both the SHOEBOX Online screener as well as the Customer Portal (for administrators). Our cookie consent manager allows us to get permission from our website visitors to accept non-essential cookies on the site by adding a cookie banner, block third-party cookies before permission is granted, allow users to opt in or out of them, and record all of their cookie consent preferences.

We have also introduced the ability to view our Customer Portal in either English or French.

In SHOEBOX PureTest Version 2.4, we are pleased to introduce Manual Test mode for our users who are qualified to conduct manual audiometric testing. This new feature offers even greater flexibility to use Manual, Automated or Assisted test modes depending on your specific testing needs.

SHOEBOX Online 3.24

In this release, we have introduced Onsite mode which will allow our customers to support in-person screening with SHOEBOX Online. With this mode turned on, you can assist your participants, in-person, using your own tablet or other device.

A number of other feature enhancements have been included including new data in the Customer Portal Dashboard, duplicate call-to-action buttons, and some notable updates to our SHOEBOX Help Center.
