About this release
This release introduces several highly requested enhancements to the custom report templates feature, providing users with even greater flexibility and control when creating custom CSV reports. In addition, we’ve implemented key system refinements and bug fixes to further enhance usability and performance, ensuring a smoother and more efficient experience for all users.

Enhanced Custom Report Generation
Users can now further tailor their CSV reports with improved column management, making them more structured and adaptable for specific integration requirements. Key updates include
Renaming Individual Subfields in Grouped Columns
- Users can now rename subfields within grouped columns in supported reports, enabling the creation of highly customizable and structured reports.
- Enables easy integration with third-party EMR systems, such as Enterprise Health, OHM, and others, that require specific subfield names for seamless data exchange
Adding Additional Static Columns to Reports
- Users can now append additional static columns to room scan and audiogram report templates. This feature allows for more tailored reports, helping users meet specific compliance and workflow needs
Enhancements
- Portal Email: The system now tracks email bounce rates for portal reports sent via email, providing better visibility into delivery performance.
- Improved Report Template Consistency: The update ensures renamed grouped columns remain consistent across report formats, reducing discrepancies and enhancing report reliability.
Issues Solved
- Unspecified gender: Fixed a bug that caused patients with “Unspecified” gender to be excluded from shift classification.
- Blank report title: Fixed a bug that allowed users to save report titles with empty spaces.
- Column order: Corrected an issue where threshold result order was altered when exporting audiogram reports using a custom template.
