In SHOEBOX Data Management V3.17 we have added the following updates:

• New Referral Letter: When a Medical or Audiological Referral is recommended for an employee, portal users can now find these letters ready to download from the patient page.
  * Must be a subscriber to our Audiology Services – contact your Account Manager to learn more.
• Improvements to auto-classification logic after an audiogram is imported.
• When adding a new employee in the portal, the portal user will now have to select a project for that person.

Bug Fixes:

• Resolved various issues with employees missing or having incorrect data in the beta shift report were fixed.
• Resolved an issue where the last delivery date and time were not automatically refreshed after send now option was used for an outgoing report.
