This release introduces a redesigned Results Email experience, giving you full control over email content, branding, and calls to action for each result type. You can now customize subject lines, messages, and visual layouts to match your organization’s communication goals. This release also adds improved participant filtering on your dashboard, along with updated translations for Spanish, Japanese, and German.

Customizable Results Emails

You can now tailor the content and appearance of your participant results emails to suit your lead conversion funnel:

  • Custom subject lines and introduction content to match your organization’s brand voice.
  • Add call-to-action buttons with custom text, links, and contact messages per result type.
  • Results emails now include a visual representation of test results for participants.
  • Send sample emails from the test setup to preview content before it reaches participants.
  • View and edit email text in all available languages directly within the portal.

Important: The customizable results email no longer auto-fills your phone number or email from Company Details. If you are requesting customers call your clinic as your call to action from this email, you will need to edit this phone number into the body of this email.

Participant Filtering

Your dashboard now includes enhanced filters for participants with hearing loss, making it easier to identify and follow up with participants who may need further evaluation. This also fixed a bug where dashboard totals did not align in cases of asymmetric hearing loss.

Enhancements

New Video Tutorials

The video playlists on the SHOEBOX Online University have been refreshed to provide you with up-to-date content, expanded topic coverage, and clearer guidance:

  • Videos organized in a logical onboarding flow to help you get started quickly or revisit key features.
  • Designed to make your learning experience smoother and a reliable reference as you use SBO.

Updated Translations

Spanish, Japanese, and German translations have been updated across the portal.

EU Data Hosting

We now support EU data hosting for French customers to maintain compliance with HDS v2.

Issues Solved

Resolved an issue where some test records were only partially saving. The SBO test now ensures all completed test results are fully saved before displaying results to participants.
