SHOEBOX Online Customer Portal V3.29

In SBO CP V3.29, we have enhanced the Translation Architecture of our Customer Portal. These foundational changes are designed to make it easier for us to introduce new features globally in future releases. Most of this work will not impact current functionality, but as part of these improvements, we have also fixed translation bugs in both French and German.

Additionally, we have added UTM ID tracking to the URL parameters.

Enhancements

UTM ID Added to URL Parameters:

You can now track and attribute leads to marketing campaigns with more granularity using utm_id. This parameter has been added as a field to our API endpoint, enabling more detailed campaign analytics and reporting.

Issues Solved

Translation Improvements:

We’ve made several enhancements to improve the multilingual experience for our users:

  • Automated Email Links: All automated email links will now open the portal in the language matching the email.
  • German Results Email Greeting: The greeting in German results emails now says “Guten Tag.”
  • France Help Center Links: When viewing the portal in French, links to the Help Center will now open in French.
  • Placeholder Text: Placeholder text in fields is now translated, providing a more consistent experience.
