Key Highlights

Customer Portal Now Available in German.

To enhance accessibility for German-speaking users, SHOEBOX Online is now available in German.

This update includes

  • A fully localized portal and automated emails
  • Automatic Language Detection: The portal will display in German if a user’s browser language is set to German or German Dialects.
  • Manual Language Selection: users can switch languages anytime using the dropdown in the top-right corner

German is available worldwide to SHOEBOX Online customers.

  • Customers of QuickTest and PureTest without SBO cannot select German.
  • Customers wanting to use SBO in German in an account with either QuickTest or PureTest will see a partially translated portal, with shared pages and common elements translated, while product specific content will remain in English.

Enhancements

  • Increased Participant CSV Download Limit:
    • Download limits have been increased to 100,000 participants per file.
    • We also improved download speeds, reducing in download times for large files 
  • RefSource & RefID filtering
    • You can now filter participants by RefSource and RefID, making it easier to find relevant data

  • Improved Tabbing focus
    • The SBO screening keyboard navigation experience has been optimized for clarity and accessibility
    • Focused elements are now consistently highlighted
    • The cookie consent banner can now be selected using the keyboard.

Issues Solved

  • French Translation Issues: In app links to the Help Center now direct to the help center language that matches the portal, The results email sample now displayed in portal language, The company information required pop-up, manual language selector behaviour fixed.
  • Download CSV is restricted by Data Access Groups: Basic users with access to data access groups can download participant records that match their permissions.
